Subscription and In-App Purchase Agreement

This document outlines the terms for all paid services within the Banana Ultra mobile application ("Service"), including auto-renewing subscriptions ("Premium Subscriptions") and one-time in-app purchases ("Consumable Credits"). This is part of our main Terms of Service.
By making a purchase, You agree to be bound by these terms.
1. General Terms
All purchases are processed by the platform on which You installed the Application (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store). We do not collect or store Your payment card details. You must abide by the payment terms and policies of the respective platform.
All purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
2. Premium Subscriptions (Auto-Renewing)
We offer "BananaUltra Weekly" and "BananaUltra Monthly" plans ("Premium Subscriptions").
A. Billing and Auto-Renewal:
Premium Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (either weekly or monthly). Your subscription will AUTOMATICALLY RENEW at the end of each billing cycle unless You cancel it.
B. Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel Your Premium Subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, You must cancel Your subscription at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
HOW TO CANCEL: You must cancel Your subscription through Your device's system settings (e.g., Apple ID Settings for iOS or Google Play Store Subscription settings for Android). Deleting the Application will NOT cancel Your subscription.
C. Free Trials (The "Forgetful Subscriber" Model):
We offer a 1-week free trial for our Premium Subscriptions. If You do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends, Your trial will AUTOMATICALLY CONVERT into a paid, auto-renewing subscription at the price of the plan You selected (e.g., $19.99/month).
3. The "Dual Wallet" Credit System
Our Service uses a "Dual Wallet" (Çift Cüzdan) system to manage Your credits. It is critical You understand the difference:
A. Subscription Credits (The "Rental" Wallet):
These are the credits (e.g., 5 weekly or 30 monthly) that are included with Your active Premium Subscription.
FORFEITURE RULE: These credits are temporary and DO NOT ROLL OVER. When Your Premium Subscription period expires (either from non-renewal, cancellation, or a billing failure), any unused Subscription Credits from that period are immediately and permanently forfeited (reset to 0).
B. Consumable Credits (The "Permanent" Wallet):
These are credits (e.g., "10 Credits") purchased via a one-time, non-recurring In-App Purchase.
PERMANENCE: Purchased Consumable Credits are stored in Your Account wallet and DO NOT EXPIRE, as long as Your Account exists.
4. Anonymous Account Warning
Your Account is created using Supabase anonymous authentication and is not tied to an email or phone number.
WARNING: If You delete the Application from Your Device, or if Your Device is lost, stolen, or reset, Your anonymous Account ID may be permanently lost. We have no way to recover this anonymous account.
Any remaining Consumable Credits (Permanent Wallet) or active Premium Subscription time associated with that lost anonymous Account will also be PERMANENTLY LOST AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
